GIve this workout a try-
Bench press 5 X 5
Bench Press w/ 2 sec pause 4 x 6
Incline Dumbbell Press 4 x 10-12
Dumbbell Pullovers 5 x 12
Body weight Dips 4 x failure (4 seconds down-2 second hold-4 seconds up)
Floor Presses. 5 x 10
Cable Flyes. 4 x 12 each side
